Probate & Estate Planning Attorney Roger S. Jones A 1978 graduate of Baylor University and a 1981 graduate of Baylor Law School, Roger Jones has practiced in Tarrant County since 1982.

Mr. Jones obtained his Board Certification in Estate Planning and Probate in 1995 and has been certified every five years since. Fewer than 1% of the attorneys in Texas have achieved this distinction.

Mr. Jones believes in staying current with legal trends in estate planning, trusts, wills and probate. Since 1997 he has re-qualified annually as a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas. The College recognizes Texas lawyers who attend at least double the Continuing Legal Education required by the State Bar. The College is an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best trained attorneys in Texas.
